Food, Beverage & Bar service available from 10:30a-4:30p.
A 20% service charge will be added to all food, beverage and bar bills for cabanas and group rental areas with groups of 8 or more people.
Bills can be split into a maximum of 3 tabs in all cabanas/group areas.
No holding tubes or lifejackets within your cabana/group area.
Do not take lounge chairs from other cabanas/group areas or areas open to the public.
No outside food, beverages, nor alcohol - (1) 16oz plastic sealed water bottle/person and empty refillable water bottles are permitted. Water filling stations available.
No smoking or vaping.
Alcohol is to be purchased from your server and consumed in cabana/group area only by individuals 21+ years old with valid Government ID. We reserve the right to remove individuals from the park without refund for underage drinking, contributing to minors, or being intoxicated.
Decorations permitted in cabanas/group rental areas only. No glass or confetti/glitter. Please take/dispose of decorations upon departure.

Cabana rentals are eligible for a refund ONLY if you cancel your reservation at least 36 hours prior to your reservation time (10:30am) on the reserved date.

The Ravine Waterpark

By using this ticket, ("ticket"), I am entering all participating business venues ("venues") at my own risk and hereby agree to not sue, attach the property of, or prosecute any venues, their members, owners, and/or any of their affiliated organizations for any injury and/or damages caused by and/or resulting from my voluntary participation and presence at the venues. I further acknowledge that if I am 18 years of age, I am responsible for all minors entering the venues' premises and attractions and hereby accept any and all risks therefore, and I hereby release and discharge the venues and/or their members, owners, employees, and all of their affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives or assigns now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation and/or presence, and if I am 18 years of age, the participation and/or presence of any and all minors entering the venues with me. I knowledge that: (1) admission to all venues is on a first-come-first-served basis; (2) My ticket is not for resale, and should I attempt to resell this ticket or defraud the venues, I will forfeit the ticket's validation and may be criminally prosecuted; and (3) the venues' hours of operation are subject to change at any time.

NO refunds or credits will be given for tickets or season passes purchased online or in the park. Cabana reservations may be changed to another day or refunded ONLY if you amend or cancel your reservation at least 36 hours before your reserved time and date, which is 10:30 AM (park opening time) on the day of your visit.
